is a DIRECT Heats for Miss England 2012. This means the winner of Miss Derby will automatically gain a place in the National Finals

OPEN AUDITIONS!!!

This year the Miss England contests are being held 3 months earlier due to the London 2012 Olympics. For this reason we are holding 'open auditions' for Miss Derby for those who have only just heard or haven't yet entered.

What will hapen?

We will have a brief chat with you to guage personality & confidence and you will have your photograph taken to help us select the successful applicants to take part in the Grand Finals in March. An esteemed panel of judges will select our winner, who will then represent Derby in Miss England 2012!

There is a 15 pound audition fee which must be paid on the day

You will receive a copy of the photograph taken. Wear your own choice of smart/casual clothing. We do not have a card machine available you can pay via PayPal if you prefer, this will need to be paid before the audition date: email us at applications@modelzed.co.uk ASAP if you wish to do this.

Arrive anytime between 10am-1pm on Satuday 14th Jan to 'open audition'

Rules	Miss England Rules of Eligibility Qualifications for eligibility are that each contestant:- a) Shall not be less than 17 years of age nor more than 24 years of age on the 31st December of the year of the contest. b) Shall be a British citizen and reside in England. c) Shall be of good character and possessed of charm poise personality and have beauty of face and figure d) Shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute The Miss England Contest or Title or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. e) Shall be a person:- 1. Who usually uses the prefix 'Miss' (or equivalent) before her name 2. Who has never been through any ceremony either valid or invalid and whether civil religious or tribal which is recognised as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world. 3. Who has never given birth to a child. SAVE THAT the Promoter in its absolute discretion may waive or amend any of these conditions (if in his/her opinion such waiver or amendment is conducive to the successful running of the Contest). I have read, understood and agree to the rules and conditions of the Miss England contest. I understand that if I accept the rules I must agree to all the rules and conditions applicable. If I am under 18 years of age I will fill out a written entry form and have it signed by a parent or guardian.
